If this is worrying you, join us for an interactive hour focused on the mind-body connection and learn about some natural alternatives to improving your health and wellbeing.
You will understand better how the mind influences stress in your body, and how the body can influence the perception of stress. Using specialized mind-body exercises, you will get an introduction on how to cultivate internal peace and ease, to breathe more freely, to be more at home in your body, in your mind, in your emotions and in your life.
We will also answer to your questions to the best of our knowledge.
