If this is worrying you, join us for an hour focused on the mind-body connection.
Understanding this connection better, can improve your health and wellbeing.
You can feel more at home in your body, in your mind, in your emotions and in your life.
A self-compassion exercise is the highlight of the session.
Talking Therapy & Wellbeing approach is psychosomatic and psychotherapeutic and subject to availability, we will also invite each week a co- host to join with impute about other ways we can improve the way we maintain the wellness of our body.

This is an interactive hour and privacy and group ground rules apply. However, no personal issues disclosure is required.
You will have the opportunity to discuss with the therapist after the session any issues you might need to.
