Our aim is to support you to maintain your emotional wellbeing and know how to look after yourself during stress, hurt, frustration, anxiety, shame, difficult or intense life circumstances.
We will share an informative presentation from a psycho- educational perspective and will engage you in interactive group activities and discussions.
From time to time we have co-hosts, specialised in Nutrition, Yoga or Body Fitness; therefore it will be great if you let us know about a specific mind-body connection issue for which you are interested to find out more.
