Our aim is to support you to re-balance the power between your self-critical voice and your compassionate self, to maintain your emotional wellbeing.
As human beings we are not perfect, sometimes we don’t succeed, we have busy lives, responsibilities, we don’t know everything, and we are facing changes and challenges all the time.
We all need a reminder of how important and valuable self-acceptance and compassion towards ourselves is.
We will guide you in a psycho-educational journey about self-compassion and the powerful role it plays in our life and then with a special guided meditation exercise you will be supported to connect with your compassionate self, so you can develop a good relationship with it for the future.
