Weekly webinars at your choice, morning or early evening.

Starting 21/4/20 for 6 weeks, every Tuesday 11 am to 11.45 am and 6 pm to 6.45 pm.

Stuck in a mood?

Have you been working hard and dedicated all your time between work and family commitments before the lockdown? Having more time at hand, you might attract and shelter moods you never had time for, as you might start to look at life in a different light.

Have you had a change of heart and find yourself stressed, worried, sad, frustrated?

If you are feeling stuck in these very human feelings and this is impacting on your wellbeing, it is time to accept it and join us for an opportunity to grow from it, rather than growing old!

Regardless of what mood you are stuck in, our webinar guarantees that you will be supported to regain a sense of control and help you recognise the positive changes you need to make in your life.

You will learn about ways of managing your mood and you will have a better understanding of yourself.
