Who should attend

Stuck in a mood?

Have you been working hard and dedicated all your time between work and family commitments? Having more time at hand, you might attract and shelter moods you never had time for, as you might start to look at life in a different light.

Have you had a change of heart and find yourself stressed, worried, sad, frustrated, anxious, angry?

If you are feeling stuck in these very human feelings and this is impacting on your wellbeing, it is time to accept it and join us for an opportunity to grow from it, rather than growing old!

Regardless of what mood you are stuck in, our workshop guarantees that you will be supported to regain a sense of control and help you recognise the positive changes you need to make in your life.

You will learn about ways of managing your mood and you will have a better understanding of yourself.

Workshop will be held via Zoom

These workshops are interactive, and you can ask questions, make comments and have some extra time afterwards with the organiser if you wish or need a one to one chat.

Privacy, consent and ground rules will be applied; however, no personal issues disclosure will be required.

There will also be a temporary opportunity for a concessionary single session of therapy if appropriate.
